As part of our long term strategy, Londis Holdings and Budgens Stores Limited will become a single legal entity on 24 March 2008, to be known as Musgrave Retail Partners GB. This will be followed by the introduction of a new Finance system (Oracle) to replace our current finance systems.
The move to a new finance system will not impact invoice payment and our VAT number will remain unchanged as 452 9318 39. Payment of any outstanding invoices will not be impacted.
As part of the new system we will be sending supplier remittance advices by email instead of by fax. Alternatively we can send remittances by post. Our current remittance fax system will be closed.
